By booking our photography and/or videography services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. RAW & Unedited Files
RAW and unedited image or video files are not included with any photography or videography package unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
The final edited images and videos represent our professional expertise, creative vision, editing style, colour grading, retouching, and artistic decisions. RAW files are considered part of our professional working process and are not intended for client delivery.
Just as a restaurant does not provide its recipes or unfinished ingredients with a completed meal, we do not provide our original working files with the finished photographs or videos.
Clients will receive the final professionally edited deliverables included in their selected package.
2. Final Payment & Delivery
The full remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the photography session or event, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Final edited photographs, videos, galleries, prints, albums, or any other deliverables will be released only after the full outstanding balance has been received and cleared.
No final deliverables will be provided while an outstanding balance remains on the account.
3. Photo & Video Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery timeline for professionally edited photographs and/or videos is 6–8 weeks from the date of the event or photography session.
While 6–8 weeks is our maximum standard delivery timeframe, many projects may be completed and delivered earlier depending on the size, scope, complexity of the event, and volume of photographs or video footage requiring editing.
For larger or more complex projects, delivery timelines may vary. Any specific delivery date or expedited delivery arrangement will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
4. Event Duration & Overage Charges
Our quotes are based on the specific details discussed and agreed upon prior to booking, including the type of event, scheduled coverage duration, location, coverage requirements, number of photographers/videographers, and other requested services.
The quoted price covers the agreed-upon coverage period. If the event starts late, is delayed, or extends beyond the scheduled coverage time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided.
Any coverage extending beyond the 30-minute grace period will be considered additional coverage and will be subject to applicable overtime/overage charges at the agreed rate.
Any additional services or coverage requested by the client beyond the original agreed scope may also result in additional charges.
